Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. Identification

The registration applies to the sports event Street Lifting Games Tenerife, organised by Victor Contreras Sánchez (48804314Q), Juan Gason Martínez (49313126E) and Roberto Delgado Montoro (53978231Z), in collaboration with Smart Motion S.C., J76802529, to be held at Cl. San Mauricio, 1 on 13 June 2026.

2. Subject of Purchase

Purchasing a registration grants the participant the right to compete in the selected category and modality, as well as to receive the services or items expressly included in the chosen option.

3. Price

The registration fee is the price published at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and any expressly indicated items.

4. Personal Registration

Registration is personal and non-transferable. The organiser may allow ownership changes within the period and conditions officially communicated.

5. Payment

A place is considered reserved once the registration form has been correctly completed and payment confirmed through the organiser's designated method.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued due to the participant's unilateral decision or personal inability to attend.

In the event of a postponement or date change for organisational, safety, force majeure or other reasons beyond the organiser's reasonable control, the registration will remain valid for the new announced date.

In the event of definitive cancellation without a new date, the organiser will refund the amount paid for registration.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply as this is a service related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution (Article 103 of the Spanish Consolidated Consumer and User Protection Act).

8. Acceptance

Purchase implies having read and accepted these terms, the event rules and the privacy policy.

9. Operational Changes

The organiser may make reasonable changes to schedules, heats, event order, lanes, categories or logistical aspects for organisational, technical, safety or force majeure reasons.
