The data controller for personal data collected during registration is Street Lifting Games, represented by Victor Contreras Sánchez (48804314Q), Juan Gason Martínez (49313126E) and Roberto Delgado Montoro (53978231Z), email: streetliftinggamesgroup@gmail.com.

2. Purposes

Personal data will be processed to:

  • manage registration, payment and participation;
  • organise the competition, heats, lists and rankings;
  • send operational event communications;
  • handle incidents, queries and complaints;
  • manage access control, accreditations and results;
  • and, where applicable, manage additional processing authorised by the participant, such as image use or commercial communications.

3. Legal Basis

The primary legal basis is the performance of the contractual relationship arising from registration. For identifiable promotional use of image and voice or commercial communications, processing will be based on the participant's explicit consent.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers necessary for event management, such as form platforms, payment gateways, technical support, insurance or essential collaborators. Smart Motion may only access data when strictly necessary for event operations or when the participant has expressly authorised commercial contact.

5. Retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the event and, thereafter, for legally required periods.

6. Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing, by contacting streetliftinggamesgroup@gmail.com.

7. Audiovisual Coverage

Participants are informed that the event will include general photographic and audiovisual coverage. They may appear incidentally in general images of the competition, venue and awards ceremony.

Identifiable use of a participant's image and voice in interviews, portraits, reels, recap videos, advertisements or individualised promotional content requires the explicit consent collected via the registration form.
